CON ARTISTS! These guys belon in JAIL! They give an estimate of a few grand and then come back with an actual of several thousand higher. They get agressive about filing a lein on your home is you even suggest that they are a rip off. I had similar water damage problem a few years prior and it was a fraction of the cost of these guys. The are clean in some areas on BBB, but check sister cities and they will at least have a couple negative ratings
