I have worked with Butler Rents over the years and every single time has been a really great experience! They are personable, professional, and their rentals are of the highest quality. Most recently, they helped us with a styled shoot, and it wouldn't have been anywhere near as spectacular as it was without their expertise and their gorgeous flatware, linens, and plate sets! I have worked for many years with Butler Rents. This last time was horrible. We rented a canopy to work an outside event. As we where setting up the tent we noticed that many of the bolts that where holding it together where gone. It was lucky we had a supply of zip ties. Then, the side walls for the tent where not the correct ones. It maybe simply renting a canopy to Butler, yet to me it is about the safety for my employees.
