Cannot get past the automated system, so frustrating. Want to let you know my dad is deceased and the auto pay needs to be canceled, guess you will get the message with payment is refused.
Just want to say thank you to the crew at velocity Internet they came out in this heat and got our internet working better than ever, it was out of alignment and they worked out there in the heat for well over an hour. Now the kids aren’t crying about there games lagging 😂. Awesome customer service and would recommend there services to anyone. Thanks again
We have been with them for 16 years without any problems. We don't have their internet because the line into the house would be right over the water line. But we have had no issues.
Automated system makes it impossible to actual get annemployee when you call, and has a habit of sending "disconnect notices" that somehow arrive the day after it states you're going to be disconnected. Blatant disregard for customers and laws.
Their customer service where Velocity internet is concerned has been abysmal. They took $25 from everyone in an entire addition for an evaluation fee, but guaranteed service when that "zone" came online. Still no internet, and no solutions have been offered. I'm glad it's working out for many, but the company should be embarrassed and ashamed of the way others have been treated.
