Monopoly at its finest. Paid in full since December 2024, with repeated promises of completion—most recently in July “I got with Management and should be done next couple of weeks”—yet still unfinished. Alex P. noted the situation is largely out of his hands after approval. It's now been 190 days + 10. We've begun construction using generators. On a positive note, we've only paid the down payment for the $9,000 transformer as required in June.

Cannot get past the automated system, so frustrating. Want to let you know my dad is deceased and the auto pay needs to be canceled, guess you will get the message with payment is refused.

We have been with them for 16 years without any problems. We don't have their internet because the line into the house would be right over the water line. But we have had no issues.

Just want to say thank you to the crew at velocity Internet they came out in this heat and got our internet working better than ever, it was out of alignment and they worked out there in the heat for well over an hour. Now the kids aren’t crying about there games lagging 😂. Awesome customer service and would recommend there services to anyone. Thanks again
