Jenny with Butler was so helpful during the application process!! Very communicative and helped me every step of the way. She made a few adjustments on my lease when I needed to change my move in date and was friendly and helpful through it all. I had rental issue and needed to be addressed fast and professionally. I worked with James Gaffney who did a phenomenal job helping me and made things very easy. I highly recommend Butler Property and working with James.
Renter beware. I didn't heed the warnings, so here I am writing my own. I tried working this out with the office and even reached out to Will Butler himself on LinkedIn. He was kind enough to say he'd look into it; I'm pretty sure he did not. I was a low-maintenace tenant for 3 years. One month into my lease my father fell ill and I left town to help tend to him. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!!!! Avoid dealing with this company! They finally had cleaners come the day I was moving in, did not repair any holes in the walls, left an enormous pile of dog feces (meaning several months of 3 dogs excrement in the same spot), plies of trash that I was charged for by the city and had to be reimbursed for. I moved and was charged a $250.00 cleaning fee, even though the apartment was immaculate and MUCH better than when I moved in.
