David and his technicians have always been great! I would highly recommend that you call these guys for service. Always willing to help with solutions and problems. Glad we found them 3 years ago!
Although David is a very knowledgeable and personable guy I found that this wasn't the case with his technicians. The service wasn't consistant between the varied techs that serviced my pool and got to the point where it was unacceptable. It led to a disagreement with David on the quality of the service visits, and thus I have stopped using his company. I think there is a struggle with getting good help. Called David up for help with my pump timers not working and the filter not pressurizing fully. He quickly identified and fixed both issues. He was very polite, professional and certainly knew what he was doing. I was very impressed and would definitely call him up again in the future. Highly recommend.
