I held off writing a review for a long time. Mainly because I wanted to see how various other trades we hired for our renovation did. I can say Butler was by far the least happy we have been with a contractor. Everything started well, we were happy with the quote. When the actual work was done they installed the shower plumbing and the tub on the wrong sides (tub and shower share a wall between). So they had to come back and the fix was to do a hack job with multiple unnecessary 90 degree fittings as the pex had been install... read more
My furnace stopped working Monday. Tuesday morning I called Butler. Travis had a mid afternoon cancelation and, luckily, I was at the top of the list. Travis quickly diagnosed, and repaired the issue. We have a warm house, again.
The whole team at Butler is awesome. We have used them for multiple different situations and have had great service!
Top-notch plumbing service! Fast response, professional staff, and great workmanship. They handled my emergency plumbing issue with ease and made sure everything was fixed right the first time. Excellent experience overall!
Chad was incredibly helpful and timely in both response and assistance when we had our furnace unexpectedly die on a Sunday evening. He helped to walk me through what could potentially be occurring and ensured we got a replacement part and a solution incredibly quickly. 10/10 would recommend Chad and Butler again.
