The owner of Butler Plastics does not care about her employees in the slightest way. She has employees that have worked for her 15+ years who make less than $13hr. The owner thinks her wages are competitive with those around her but she actually pays extremely low. I worked as a "secondary" for Butlers Plastic. I was supposed to be paid daily, cash. Then it turned into every week on Fridays, cash.They never stuck to paying me on any set day.. I last worked for this place on July 1st and am still struggling to get paid from them. This place is run down and managed horribly by the owner, Kelley. I would not recommend this place of employment.
