To make matters worse, despite multiple reminders from my spouse, they never followed through on the cashback they had promised at the beginning. Eventually, they simply stopped responding to our emails altogether.

Great overall experience. Team was highly efficient, effective and kind. In my situation, the team was able to secure a rate that was 0.25% better than my previous mortgage provider. My only regret was that I wasted my time with my previous mortgage provider
Great experience! They helped me secure a great rate, and all of my questions and concerns were answered promptly by both Tara and Atikant, who were very supportive and knowledgeable.
I was referred to Butler Mortgage through my agent and had such a seamless experience. I was able to secure a more than desirable rate through my brokers Sacha & Claudia, they were available to answer all my questions and were a huge support throughout the entire process. I have yet to see a posted rate that beats what I received through Butler. Would 10/10 recommend you inquire with Butler when looking for financing options!!
