The employees of Butler Medical are above five stars. Dedicated, knowledgeable and caring. The service on my Stannah Stairlift is impeccable . I was working with Butler and our insurance company to try and get a lift into our home for my 16 year old son. He is wheelchair bound and completely dependent on me for all of his ADL's. My son is heavy and it has become unsafe to lift him from A to B. Mike was very kind and super knowledgeable. Perfectly on time and professional in every way. They helped build a ramp for my brother with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Very people friendly with everyone in the family including my brother. They put the ramp together quickly, but also worked for several hours in the rain and hail, because Pennsylvania weather likes to do crazy things at the least convenient time possible.
