The lovely front desk ladies are a huge asset, I wish I could have hugged them! I arrived straight from the drs with a hungry baby and toddler who needed an x-ray. There was a few people in front of us waiting, so I planned to go across to the shops to feed my baby. Without me saying anything, the lovely ladies offered me one of the spare rooms to feed in, provided colouring and toy cars for my toddler and even watched my baby while we went through to the x-ray. I've been to Butler Imaging twice now. After my first scan I came out feeling ill and in a lot of pain, and the staff were amazing. They looked after me straight away, brought me a glass of water, and nothing was any trouble. I was back today for cortisone spinal injections and I couldn't have asked for better care a quick mention I was nervous but don’t know why because it was ok no pain and doc was gentle and very careing. I had a medical episode while I was walking by the clinic and walked in to ask the staff for help. All the staff showed concern and care, they called an ambulance and the medical staff provided care and treatment while an ambulance arrived. Thank you to all the staff that were there on the day. Glad to say I’m ok too, no known cause of the episode yet
Just finished my CT scan and the staff were terrific. Explained everything as he went along and made the experience considerably easier.
