I had a wonderful experience working with Jimmy and his wife. I would highly recommend them.
I tried to edit my review from 5 years ago, but I couldn't figure out how to do it. I'm adding this new review to say, Jimmy was great with the initial installation, but if you ever need follow up repairs or work done, he will completely disappear. I've tried numerous times to get him to replace broken pulleys on my Touchless Cover, and of course I'm willing to pay for time and materials. However, it is literally impossible to get him to call me back. If you have a choice to go with someone else, do it.
I recently had Butler Marine install a Touchless Cover for my boat. Jimmy was very friendly and professional, and they did a great job with the installation. I highly recommend both the Touchless Cover system and Butler Marine.
