If I could leave zero stars, I would. I had been working with Butler Lexus of Macon to purchase a vehicle — loan approved, all paperwork submitted, deposit paid, and pickup scheduled. Then, the day before, I was told they wouldn’t sell me the car because “fraud” showed up on my driver’s license. No one could explain what that meant. I pulled my own driving record — nothing there. Butler Lexus Service Department has the WORST customer service EVER! I just want a tire for my 2024 RX350. If I am not getting warranty/free work on my car, they will NEVER touch my vehicle!
Lexus does a great job! Rod is professional, polite and makes sure everything is good with my car.
