Worst dealership ever! Sold them the car, they said to collect the check next day. Signed the paperwork. Next day I get the call from them that they can’t buy the car!
This post is not about service to my vehicle, but lack of service provided by the dealership. Allow me to explain. I'm the proud owner of several Lexus automobiles which they do service. However my prize 2005 GS 430, one of which only 422 were produced, is to old to be maintained at the dealership. So in order to keep my Lexus in top shape, i have been forced to take it to a less than a certified Lexus technician. Blown away.
Great experience from start to finish.
