I’ve been going there for ages, and can’t believe how busy it always is, guess the staff there makes the place, always had a lovely experience, and even when crazy busy, they always seem to be able to make time to make a stressful situation easier

After a really helpful person booked my son in for an ultrasound a few days before, my experience on the day was incredibly rude receptionists. I was told to be 10 minutes early for my son's appointment to complete a form. After standing at reception for a few minutes without acknowledgement, my son was questioned rudely about his referral form and then told to sit down. all the staff are so friendly but i must say the receptionist are the most friendliest helpful caring ladies i have ever been to nothing is a bother and always accomodate you to help you get you’re appointment thank you ladies o

Put through an online booking early morning, hoping to be seen that afternoon and waited the day for the promised appointment confirmation call back. In the afternoon, called to chase up my promised call and was told they hadn't even looked at emails due to being very busy (mental note, call up before using online booking to check if they are busy or not, if confirmed not busy, then okay to make online booking) In need of a Dental CBCT and got told they don't do Dental CBCT.
