Terrible service by the reception, lost a whole weekend being mucked around by reception. Called 3 times and went in and couldn't get assistance. Called again to make another appointment and met with an extremely rude lady. Horrible service and now you've delayed my scan I needed and delayed my treatment. Don't be customer presenting if your going to be Horrible.
Reception staff/ Sonographer and Radiologist were ever so kind and helpful in my appointments yesterday, couldn’t of asked for a better place to have a friendly, kind and reassuring experience especially when it is regarding your health. Thanks ladies! 😊
The medical staff were fantastic and deserve 5 stars. The blonde receptionist is possibly one of the rudest I have ever come across. She seems to have a problem with people of colour - I’d be happy to provide more information if you’d like to contact me
Jo at the reception went above and beyond to help me during a very stressful time. She was incredibly kind, patient, and proactive in sorting out an issue with my referral when I was struggling to get assistance elsewhere. Despite it not being her responsibility, she took the time to call the doctor on my behalf and advocate for me when I was getting nowhere. Her compassion and professionalism made a huge difference, and I am so grateful for her support. Thank you, Jo—you are truly amazing!
