Thank you Butler!! I had the pleasure of having Dean come to my home today and repair my furnace. Called at 8:30am and he was ringing my bell at 9:30, he found the issue and came back a couple of hours later with the part. He always has a smile and happy to be here keeping things in tip top shape. I totally recommend Dean Butler for anything related to HVAC in Lansing area. Thank you

Great local company! Reasonably priced and friendly service. These are people you can trust. They do a good job and are there for you when you need them! I moved into my home and couldn’t figure out how to get into my older furnace. After having my basement floor cut open to replace the sewer line, my filter filled up with cement dust and burned out a switch. They came out the next day, put in a temporary fix until the part came in, and taught me how to get into my furnace to maintain clean filters or relight the pilot. I wa... read more

Butler and his team are genuinely a miracle and I can't recommend them enough. Giving me and my grandmother a free furnace and AC after 2 years with these broken has been a life saver, and I'll forever be thankful to Butler and his team. They are very friendly and professional, they aren't looking to make as much money out of people as possible, they really care for their community and it shows.
