What a great experience. They handled everything with our HVAC system quickly and efficiently. They were always on time, and very professional during our HVAC replacement. Great company and team.
The sales rep (Eddie) did a great job in helping us select the right unit for our house 7 years ago. And every time we needed service, they were great until recently. It appears this company does not match their prior customer service standards. Recently (2026) we asked for a regular maintenance on the AC system. My AC went out yesterday evening when it was 94 degrees outside. I called Butler Heating & AC and they sent someone out first thing in the morning. A bad capacitor was replaced and the AC was working within minutes. I really appreciate the quick response time and great communication.
They come out but never returned your calls beware
