My AC went out yesterday evening when it was 94 degrees outside. I called Butler Heating & AC and they sent someone out first thing in the morning. A bad capacitor was replaced and the AC was working within minutes. I really appreciate the quick response time and great communication.
They come out but never returned your calls beware
I had some AC issues Saturday evening right before a dinner party my wife and I were hosting. I made a phone call and left a message with the weekend answering service. I received a call back from a tech within 20 minutes; the tech was onsite half an hour later and had the problem fixed just as our guests arrived. THANK YOU!
It was time to replace our aging gas furnace. Having had several good experiences over the years with Butler Heating & Air, I gave them a call to request a quote. Project manager Andrew came out that same day to look over our house and current system. He suggested a new Carrier model along with some optional additions.
