I gave the facility, doctors, nursing staff and other staff a five. The knowledge of the doctors and nurses are fantastic. They are all so nice and understanding and compassionate. The only issues I have is when calling the office number it can take hours and hours to get someone to answer the phone, you don’t even get an answering machine or service to answer during business hours. Dr Melissa cyr is an awful doctor she never told us my mother was dying she sent her to Pittsburgh hospital to let them tell us she had weeks to a month to live she’s unprofessional and heartless and she shouldn’t be a cancer doctor obviously she has no idea how to help people so my advice find a different doctor because she will lie straight to your face if a loved one is dying from cancer
