Awful customer service. I picked out a recliner and when they delivered it, it was not the one I had chosen. The delivery person called the store, then said he would be back with the right one. Then, the sales lady called me and said the wrong price tag was on the chair and I owed $300 more. I didn’t think this was fair to me, so I went back to the store, and Mr. Butler said that some people go in and change price tags, which seems impossible to me. I was so offended. Waited for a call the day after I selected my furniture and was never contacted. Had to call Butler to get the quote they were supposed to call me about. Was told furniture would arrive in 7-10 days and I ended up waiting over 40 days. Of course the delay was due to manufacturing I was told. The customer service was lacking from day one. I would call Butler for updates and they didn’t have an answer. I called the manufacturer myself and got answers that day. Quality, name brands. The mayo sofas last forever and definitely worth the price.

Practice honesty, improve customer service & employee training. Sold floor model but promised warehouse stock, charged non-close out price. Dishonest !!!!!!!!!
