Awful customer service. I picked out a recliner and when they delivered it, it was not the one I had chosen. The delivery person called the store, then said he would be back with the right one. Then, the sales lady called me and said the wrong price tag was on the chair and I owed $300 more. I didn’t think this was fair to me, so I went back to the store, and Mr. Butler said that some people go in and change price tags, which seems impossible to me. I was so offended.
