I brought my vehicle in to get service work done for some codes that were going off. They loaned me a vehicle in case it would be a bit before I was able to pick up my car. They called me the next morning with it repaired and also did my oil change. Rich was super friendly and extremely helpful. So lucky to have bought my car from a place with outstanding employees 😊 Thank you!
I went in to have the works oil change done on my 2019 F150 4x4 as well as the driver side airbag replaced, and the front brakes redone. Service advisor Rich Cook did everything he could to get me in and out within two hours. The service guys treated me well, they did an excellent job, totally satisfied with how they kept you in the loop the entire time, including showing you a video of the entire inspection on the customer portal. I highly recommend.
