Dr. Binoi Pillai is very thorough, listens closely, and always makes me feel comfortable and heard. I appreciate how well he explains health concerns without rushing the appointment.
Started out well at this doctors, with Dr Pillai. Getting to know my knew doctor and him getting to know me and my health problems. Untill one day he missed treated me, I was given the wrong antibiotics, this is due to a lack of listening properly to patients, and a lack of knowledge I believe. I had a bacterial infection, that also affects the UT making it feels like you have a UTI, you can also have both problems at once, which I believe I had..
