Would not recommend AT ALL. I had an appointment with Dr Christine Reid 3 weeks ago for a prenatal appointment. She was very vague, insensitive, dismissive and didn’t explain things clearly, most of my questions I was told to refer to an internet page for answers. The blood test referrals she gave me were also not explained properly, leading me to believe the ‘optional’ test was something it was not (I later found out by GOOGLE). Extremely accommodating
Firstly, I would like to commend Dr. Vinod Nambiar for the professional, knowledgeable and compassionate help he has given myself and my wife. I am fighting stage 4 bowel cancer now but I feel very reassured that Dr. Nambiar is doing everything within his scope to ensure I have the best possible chance. He is extremely thorough, he listens and he always explains medications and procedures in understandable terms. Always very happy with my visits here. The reception staff are extremely helpful , friendly and professional. I see Dr Reid who is also all of the above and provides thoughtful care for her patients. The wait is never too long (including pathology) and the centre is always clean and welcoming.
Extremely disappointed with the service or lack there of. It’s difficult to get an appointment, impossible to get anything after lunch time. I recently booked two weeks in advance and was called on a Sunday the day before my appointment to be told the doctor was now leaving early that day. Next Available appointment was now Wednesday and 1pm at the latest. I’m not sure what people who work are supposed to do? And the receptionist was extremely unhelpful at assisting with another option.
