I typically don’t leave reviews but for this, I had to: I’m a 25 year old Male who had experienced 3 dentists in my life, all within the last decade, and all for multiple years before moving. I have never had anywhere close to the level of attention to detail, care, and service that Butler Family Dental has given me. This office consistantly over books patients. When I brought it to Johanna'a attention at the front desk she told me there was nothing she could do but if talking about it made me feel better I could keep talking. Very unprofessional. *Update 10/9/24. It is now 5 years later and the office is just responding to this review now. I myself was never a patient, but my son and daughter were patients for many years. Excellent office and practice from the front desk staff, to my hygienist Alexa who does an amazing job, to the expertise of Dr. Julie Siegel. Really nice group of people that like to work together which makes it a great place to be a customer.

I have been getting my regular cleanings and check ups here for many years now, and the dentists and staff have been so helpful, friendly, and thorough. Great with kids including toddlers and helping the new little patients feel at home and comfortable. They teach kids how to floss, brush, and rinse.

I I wouldn't recommend anyone going to this dentist! I went there today to get one filling Done! once the dentist came into the room, she informed me I needed 2 filled. I was a little suspicious but said ok! Then she starred, tearing out my other fillings saying those needed to be replaced as well! It was a waste of time. I took half a day off of work for this!
