Everyone is very positive and smiling. If they have to leave you in the room without somebody there, everybody that walks by stops to see how you’re doing. You are not forgotten in your room. When chitchatting while you’re getting work done even though I can’t hear him I know it’s a happy positive conversation. Best dental group I’ve ever been to.
My dental visits have consistently been good. The front office staff has always been helpful, friendly and professional. The dental team has always provided high-quality services, care, and explanations for any questions or concerns I might have.
The staff are very cordial and helpful and competent. They do very good work in a reasonable amount of time.
I was greeted warmly by the lady at the front desk. She was very friendly and quickly made sure I had submitted all necessary forms, they had already verified my insurance when I first called to schedule. I was early but they took me in almost immediately. I was seated by a extremely nice women named Katrie(sorry probably way off)who chatted and took x-rays explaining as she went along.
