Used to be awesome. With the new "managers" the place is a total joke. The manager running around on the scooter is the rudest person I've ever met, her "boss", who's looks like she's 12, is totally clueless and unintelligent, as well as rude and condescending. They even spoke to their employees that way while we were there. Get rid of those two and we'll come back!
RecommendedCELEBRITY TREATMENT! The staff is top of the line at this optometrist center. They make you feel so special from start to finish. First off, this was my very first visit and Dr. Jen McGrath fit me in just 2 days after I contacted their page on Facebook. 2 days! Most eye centers take a month. Kristen, the pre-tester, was amazing. She treated you as if you were her best friend. She was also so nice in making sure I was comfy in my chair. I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Exceptional service and professional staff. The ladies answering the phones are wonderful. The staff and doctors are knowledgeable, patient and kind. My entire family had a terrific visit. I love my new glasses and the help I received picking out the frames. The pick-up service was fast. Thank you!
My experience at Butler Eye care was phenomenal! The doctor was great! The girls were really helpful helping me choose the most comfortable glasses I’ve ever had! They practice excellent infection control measures, I felt safe with every interaction along the way. I highly recommend them!
I have been going to Dr. McGrath for several years. He is a very caring doctor. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

I’ve been going to Dr Michael McGrath for several years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. He’s a nice person as well as a great eye doctor. I love how he says that eye changes come with Birthdays instead of saying with age.
