I had a 1 HP bandsaw motor that got weak. I called and they said they could look at it and give me advice. He quickly took it apart and checked everything over, and changed a wire connector, then tested it, all while carrying on a friendly conversation. I couldn’t as for better service, or a more friendly technician and receptionist. They definitely have my business from now on
