Prompt, courteous and professional from the start Usually leaving a voice mail when I am trying to buy a product or service is a waste of time. Very few return calls are made promptly. Dave at Butler Electric called me back almost as soon as I hung up the phone from leaving him a message! I still prefer having a live person answer the phone, but Dave renewed my faith in leaving a message from time to time.
