I didn't even get to experience the appointment, because I couldn't get past the horrific customer service I experienced with the front desk staff. I wish I could give them a zero rating. The two women that sit at the front desk should be ashamed of themselves for how they talk to you on the phone. I was actually hung up on because I gave her my member ID number on my dental insurance card instead of the plan ID and she seemed to not have the patience for me to correct it. Feel free to come here if you want to be forced to listen to fox news and have Dr Butler celebrate "Alligator Alcatraz" as a great thing for our country. My family will find another dentist so our money isn't supporting his hate.
They are so nice and very attentive. DR Butler is a great dentist who takes pride in his work and loves to help others.
Crystal did a wonderful job and staff was very friendly. Look forward to my next visit.
