This is a great crew to work with, from start to finish! Everything about the job and the various options was explained in person and very clearly. Awful weather forced some delays to our schedule but communication was frequent and clear, so I never felt like I had been forgotten or that the job had slipped through the cracks. We used Butler to fix our disaster of a gate that another company put in. They came out and installed a brand new gate and even provided a great warranty on the work. Well, the storm we had last week caused some damage to the gate. We called up Butler to come back out. The owner himself came out, fixed the fence and made good on the warranty. Truly a great company. Honest, hard working and the finished product is always amazing. They are our go-to call going forward!
Very happy with how the fence/gate came out at my personal home. This is a gate we use often and our previous gate was a DIY that was absolutely falling apart. We feel confident that this gate is going to last a LONG time due to the care that was taken during install and the materials used.
