Stephanie Smith customer service goddess. Can't say I have EVER been treated this well. I got my brand new car mid December 2024. mid January it was attempted to be stolen and rendered undrivable. They have had my car for 60 days for a right front corner repair. I cannot comment yet on the quality of repair work as I have not seen it. However, their level of communication and sense of urgency has not impressed me. Any updates have only been given when we have called them and then it is very non committal in nature. They are very good at "it is next to be...." "it is on its way to...." making it sound like it is getting somewhere, then I have to call again days later for status. Do yourself a favor go find a company that will do it right. They've had my car for 2 months still not fixed. Just poor workmanship. The girls at the front front desk have been nice and very professional. However, the workmanship that the body shop puts out is just trash. If you value how your car looks do not take it to this place you will regret it. So far they've had to repaint the door twice and the front bumper twice due to poor workmanship. Also a person had paint on their fingers and got it all over my car.
I was left stranded at the dealership for over an hour because of the lack of ability of the staff to communicate effectively with ERAC regarding picking me up. I spent over 35 minutes on hold with ERAC to get them to pick me up. Butler Toyota staff should have communicated more effectively with ERAC. THOUGH the first mistake was made by ERAC in failing to pick me up. The next two mistakes were made by Butler. Then the 4th mistake was made by ERAC
