My wife took her car up to Butler to have recall work done then check engine light come on and they tried to charge her $226 for diagnosing the car but never ran any test car sat there for a week. She went to pick the car up someone there with the key stole all of her tools out of the trunk and they shouldn’t have been in the trunk the motor and battery is under the hood. Butler replaced my catalytic converters on a recall. Shortly after an exhaust leak code popped up so I took it back to have them check their work and diagnose. They gave me a false diagnosis and claimed engine failure. I asked for documentation on this diagnosis which they didn’t have because the never ran the tests to declare their diagnosis.
