DO NOT use Service dept it is a complete joke. Several complaints on SC Dept of Consumer Affairs. Took our truck in for 4wd repair and fuel issue and a recall. Asked if the radio could possibly be updated because it was off a little but still working. Was told could but could kill it so I said do not mess with it. Well they did and fried the radio along with something else and now it’s killing battery’s. I dropped off the truck April 13th and still to this day have not repaired radio or new issues.
