Butler has been very professional. They kept working through the purchase low keyed. So far so good!
First, I’ve known the Butler brothers forever and they never put folks in charge of their dealerships that aren’t devoted to customer satisfaction! Both Mike the GM and then Joey the salesperson were phenomenal, Mike gave me a great deal and this young talented sales person Joey even went so far as to drive 2 1/2 hours to meet me for a delivery and of course take the time to update me on all the new technology. I couldn’t be happier with the Butler experience!
Great service. Trey Rivers has put together an incredible team in the Service Department. Deb Nakamura was always in touch with me, keeping me abreast of the progress of the repair. I never meet the actual technicians but I assume they are of the same high caliber people Trey has out front, the technicians work very hard at getting it right. They have the task of interacting with the manufacturer to get the problem solved. We hope this is the time that it works.
They were really quick I mean they were real quick. They basically took the Jeep ride in. I got it right back out.
Truck broke down traveling home. Had it towed to butler 2am in the morning. Very next day ( Saturday ) they reached out and said they received it an was working on it. Monday they called and said it was fixed. Since I was out if town they kept me in the loop until the next week before I was able to pickup.
