Do not buy a 2025-26 Ram 2500 6.4 liter Hemi. The catalytic converter systems are defective and there is a Nationwide Backorder on them until early November …. We are stranded in North Dakota until then .. buy something else
I give this rating because of the service recovery that was done. There were communication issues that led to the delay of service to my Jeep. Upon recognizing that issue the service team did as much as possible to make it right and I appreciated the transparency of what caused the delay. I will be returning for all my service needs going forward.
These guys were great to work with! Very professional and accommodating. I love my new Jeep and the easy buying process.
