Got my vehicle serviced at a timely manner. The representative was nice and courteous and explained in detail what all was done and what was needed
Alternator clutch (don’t know why GM put a clutch on alternators) failed driving him from Brunswick. Blessed that we were close enough to Butler Chevrolet to drive there without overheating. Brandon was super helpful. They were able schedule repairs and get the new alternator for the following morning. Their porter, great gentleman, took us to nearby hotels and picked us up the next morning. Also let me park my camper on site. If you’re gonna have car/truck problems I couldn’t imagine a better experience.
Brandon and his Team at Butler Chevrolet were absolutely awesome, my 2022 3500 broke down in Macon GA and they got me back on the road within a couple hrs. They figured out the issue and got me home I will totally recommend their services.
