I’ve used Butler’s for cleaning my carpet for years. I have always found the end result excellent & considering I have a shag pile carpet it’s never been a problem with them. My carpet has a never been left too damp that takes days to dry out. You pay for their professional & knowledgeable approach in caring for your carpet. Highly recommended.
After several exchanges, I waited for tech to arrive at 7.00 am. 7.15 no tech, 7.30 no tech. Just as I was about to get irate,I noted that my phone was off, snd Butlers were waiting downstairs, After a short inspection, Robert proceeded to provide one of the best cleans I have enjoyed. Apologies to Butler for keeping him waiting and thanks to Robert for such a great job.Removed stains and even moved the sofa for cleaning. Will use again

Arranged for Carpet , Lounges, & Rug Cleaning yesterday & was Greatly Impressed with the Whole Experience from the Administration- Tina , to the Technicians , Robert & Levi who were Very Friendly, Helpful & Professional , & Provided Excellent Communication throughout the Whole Process & did a Marvellous Job of Improving my Very Old & Worn Carpet!!!
