Would just like to say how disappointing it is that the new Indian receptionist not only is she hard to understand but she's rude uncompassionate and very unhelpful such as shame a good doctor surgery gone to waste over one rude receptionist
Very unprofessional staff. We booked in for iron infusion with dr dharmesha walia confirming everything. Also comfirmed twice before the appontment day. On the day of appointment just 15 minutes before time they gave a call and said we cannot do your iron infusion as doctor dharmesha walia said they havent prescribed the infusion from me and its by other doctor.
