Hate being a negative person, everyone is super nice here. They are a very busy place so don’t expect them to answer your phone calls but typically if you leave a voicemail they will return your call. The main problem I have is the quality of work and how long it took. So I took a jetski to have them fix a leak and clean the carbs they told me it would take around 2 weeks it actually took 5 and the problem is the leak is still present and the carbs aren’t getting enough fuel. I can’t even begin to tell you how gracious Doug and Theresa were to us when our boat trailer tire lost its bearings on EASTER! We contacted them while we were on the side of the highway not Knowing who would help us on Easter Sunday. (At this point we were still 11 hours away from home.) Doug said we could bring our trailer to him and he would look at it right away. It was dark by the time we managed to get the trailer to his shop.
