A major incident in my front wheel almost coming off. Ended up being a 4-day repair job at Butler. They did an excellent job keeping me informed of the progress of the repair and at the same time they made reservation for me for hotel to stay over and provided courtesy car service when I needed it. They are very professional, very customer oriented in my car is running fine now after almost 600 miles after the repair

Excellent service experience! My vehicle suffered a fuel system failure necessitating a tow to the shop. The staff quickly diagnosed the issue and had the repair completed, as well as routine maintenance and tire replacement by the next day! The repair was prompt, accurate and very reasonable! All the staff were courteous and professional! I highly recommend Butler Automotive for any repair or maintenance needs!

I brought my 2019 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk in for alignment diagnostics after a collision. I paid over $200 and left without the vehicle driving correctly. After reviewing OEM alignment requirements from a vin-matched factory technician repair manual, I believe key preparatory steps were not followed (tire pressures, load condition, fuel level, and crossmember adjustment procedure). The team at Butler Evans was very helpful - promptly responsive; quick turnaround time to get an appointment; very friendly; they did what they said they would do in the timeframe they estimated; price was reasonable. Even though they were short-staffed around the holiday date I went in, they were professional and pleasant - no "excuses" or making me feel that it was inconvenient for them to provide the service I needed. I will be switching to Butler for all auto service going forward!

We had a unique situation....a 2002 Dodge Dakota. Had always been very dependable and smooth ride. One day it just wouldn't turn over. Had to tow it! Most shops did not work on older cars, but, Butler took on the challenge. Runs beautifully now. Great job...and they did a good job keeping us notified as to what the status was. Very knowledgeable.
