I took my 2007 Toyota 4Runner in for a noise while driving. They replaced the right front wheel bearing. $575 later the noise was still there. They claimed it was no problem. New mechanics found the RIGHT REAR wheel bearing to be ‘shot’ and wouldn’t have lasted much longer. DO NOT TRUST these people. Gave them one because it couldn’t be a zero.
Matthew at Butler automotive is awesome. From the moment I called and explained my problem he told me to bring in my vehicle and keep me informed on the process of contacting my warranty company. Excellent customer service and excellent work from beginning to end.
