**** was rude. & hung up on me when I simply tried to explain my situation and how I can make things right and set up a payment plan and ultimately hung up on me and told me I had 50 excuses! When I called back they protected him by refusing to give me his last name so I can file a formal complaint with the state due to the hostility and hate this person displayed working in a law firm
Medical debt… a court case that has a note on it where a judge even stated that it should be closed off no action was taken on it and it was reopened by these bloodsuckers and sent to yet another garnishment. I have reached out to them multiple times and asked to do a payment plan or anything to help alleviate the hardship caused by their garnishments and they refuse to answer. I’m left with no other choice now except bankruptcy. Thanks Butler.
