After a fall where my head and neck went one way and the rest of my body another way I called 911 for an ambulance after struggling to get up to get to the phone. The female crew member was nice but the male was horrible. I was in pain and could barely move yet he wanted me to walk out to the ambulance. Told him it wasn't happening. so he did get the gurney. If you use butler Ambulance watch out for these two guys. my 75yr old vietnam Veteran dad was being brought home on hospice when these two men dropped him on the floor. I yelled at them and the old one asked me what I wanted him to do because my dad went limp. I said your job. thankful my dad didnt remember being dropped because he passed out when his blood pressure tanked. these men showed my dying father no respect. I filed a complaint with them. they said they would do some education. which means they won't do anything.

My father needed help into his apartment as he is unable to go up stairs. I called the morning he needed assistance and they were able to meet him and provide a stair chair to help him. Thank you!!!
