Horrible. Their tech Charles purposely overtightened a screw on my rotor, because I asked him to put it back in. He had to use a blowtorch to get it off and didn't want to put it back. Neil came from the service area and told me that he didn't know what I was going to do about it and that Charles was mad that I never tipped him over numerous years of being a customer.
