I dropped my car off and they told me they would call me when it was finished (approx 1 1/2 hrs). I went to work and 3 hrs later had not received a phone call. I called them, they said the car had been done. When I went to pick it up I asked them why they didn't call me and all they said was "my bad". I dont know about you but "my bad" is not professional talk. I will never be taking my vehicle back there and would in no way suggest this place to anyone. Over the past three years I've had them service three vehicles in the family, and they were always pretty decent with the price, and reasonably fast with the service. However, the last two times I made appointments, neither were honored. In the last case I left the car there the night before the service was to be performed, and I was called the next day and asked why my car was there and what was I "hoping" to get done. I'm always a little leary when dealing with a service garage for the first time. I had to write and comment on my pleasant experience with this firm. The people were all friendly and very helpful. I recieved a prompt estimate and very fast service. I even was able to drop off my fuel tank for service at a location closer to my home. They picked it up from there and took it to their service center. When it was completed they re-delivered it back to the drop off location in South Beloit for my convenience.
