Pathetic gp , always saying they only take emergency and when you present emergency they'll refer you elsewhere or ask to dial 111 which isn't much help either. The receptionist are very rude and cold. No empathy . The hygiene is not upto the standard either. Please save yourself and go elsewhere. It's not worth the convenience of distance

Reception staff are fantastic, however the experience during my appointment was extremely disappointing. For no apparent reason I was made to wait close to 2 hours despite the doctor’s name I was seeing not popping up on the screen to see any other patients.

Abysmal, worst GP service I’ve ever had. Good luck getting seen for anything or trying to get a phone appointment. I ended up leaving the country being on the waiting lists for 3 different issues that never got resolved after 3 years.

There have been patients that have pushed in line after I have been queuing. The pharmacy next door is filthy on the floor. I've had receptionists at the GP surgery frequently over the years be rude and cold and lack crucial empathy. Even doctors lacking empathy. This place along with the pharmacy next door has created so much distress for me over the years, I regret signing up with them.
