For whatever reason never went in and we finally decided to give it a shot. Asked for outside - manager very sternly told us we needed to about by 7:15 (first bad sign most tables open and it’s a Sunday night) - we sat down and busboy promptly set table water and bread - and then we sat and sat and tried to get someone’s attention. The food is terrible, very salty and tasted old and frozen. The waiter is non attentive and essentially tossed the food on the table. Also the tap beer was totally flat.

Once again food was awesome. I could eat their chicken meatballs three times a day forever...lol. Did takeout tonight and every dish we ordered was a delight. Thanks!

Butera's stepped up and donated food for transit employees of MTA Bus' LaGuardia Depot during the COVID-19 pandemic. Great job and the food was fantastic! Once the restaurant re-opens, I will gladly support their establishment.
