The customer service in the Grayslake store was very unfriendly, unpleasant and I felt a little uncomfortable. Today is my last time going in there. Today I had a cashier that looked very unhappy. She was bagging horribly and was not very pleasant. She put a 5 lb sugar and a gallon of milk in one bag and it already had torn… I asked her kindly to please double bag it and she told me to go and do it. I love this store!! Customer service is fantastic!! Manager of store is respectful! Cashiers are efficient. Store has a lot of useful things such as bananas, kiwi, and strawberries. Oh this store is like an apple orchard: they have sooooo many apples to pick from. The cashiers love me cause I offer to pack my own groceries.
