Lack of good communication. Couldn’t give me a quote, charged me heaps, and left my vehicle a mess inside and out. Thought my truck would be in for a few days and was there for over a week. Dirt and debris all over the dash, and dirt and scrapes on the hood.
I previously had a great experience here, but this time, I was quoted one price and then charged $300 more with no clear explanation. The repair was okay, but the unexpected cost and lack of communication were disappointing.
