11/10, would recommend. He was very honest, direct and worked with me very well for my 4l60e rebuild. Very good pricing and exceptional work,quality, and speed, took him 2 days and less than $3000 to rebuild and upgrade my 4l60e transmission, install a new rear main seal, repair my wiring harness, and fix the leak that killed the transmission in the first place. I will absolutely return for any future endeavors.
Horrible experience. Told me one price over the phone then when he had my vehicle he was making up different charges. Wanted to charge me storage fees per day while waiting for parts. Told me ridiculous prices for used transmissions bc mine was completely burnt. Said he opened my trans and it was destroyed. 1200$ to take my trans out and put it in the back of the car. Had it towed to another trans shop they said my trans had never been opened. Not 1 bolt had been turned to look inside. Also cash only with written "receipt" h... read more
Honest, fast and understanding. Had a 2016 dodge caravan worked on and they killed it! Dropped it off on a Friday had it back on the following Thursday and it was a full blown rebuild. Incredible work thank you so much
Butch is a good guy
We were traveling and needed service on the transmission on our motor home. These folks went above and beyond at their closing time so we could drop it off. Service was quick and we are very impressed with the professionalism shown.
