Took my car there to get the power steering pump changed. 3 pumps later ... I finally have power steering (for now) but my car has a bad hesitation and is running horribly!!! It was running fine when I dropped it off. DO NOT TAKE YOU CAR THERE!
Charged my college age son $180 for towing from Walmart supercenter in Hickory! Watch out! Very bad attitude
Never go here, took my Moms passport up there to get inspected and tune up. All they did was changed brakes and charged me $236.00...... Dickinson Auto in Mt. View will do that for $165.00. People at Butchs are liars and rip offs.
