Paid my own shipping to send my power tool and battery in for repair covered under Ryobi warranty. After 5-6 months of no updates and multiple calls to receive updates (no valuable info ever obtained), this repair shop never returned my items back to me even when they said they shipped it back. Would highly NOT recommend.
