he is the absolute worst! the work might be okay, if he'll ever actually get to it. I literally had to utilize my spare key to pick my car up after walking, from downtown New Castle to his location, after he told me he'd pick me up from work. upon arriving at his location, my car has never moved. he never even bothered to look at my vehicle to tell me what it was that I needed. he told me I'd have to pay for parts upfront which is fine. this garage isn't even open or operating anymore. but he'll answer the number, tell you to come to his house and rob you.
wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to him!
