Zero stars out of five. I couldn’t even get a “hi” or “good morning” before being aggressively told to move my car. I was simply trying to stop in front of the office, but the guy came out and immediately started raising his voice at me, saying I was blocking the place. The lot is completely cluttered with cars, boats, trash, tires, and large cans—there was literally no parking anywhere. I had my brakes done at another brake place but they couldn't get the pedal the way I wanted it, so I took it to Butch's (I should have gone there in the first place) and he set my brakes up the way they should have been set . I am very happy with my brakes, I would recommend Butch's.

I’ve always trusted my family mechanic and never go to other shops. But one day, my work vehicle needed an urgent repair, and since it was still under a six-month warranty from the dealer, I decided to take it to a nearby mechanic shop to get it fixed quickly. They kept my car for three days just for an inspection and charged me almost $300 for that alone. In the end, I had to pay a total of $1,000. Seems very busy and booking in only. Minimum $200 charge. Looks like don't care walking in clients at all.
