Top supreme workmanship..... perfection. I told the guy who did it? I think he is part owner?... that he is worth his WEIGHT in GOLD.. for what he knows and how to do it. My insurance Company knows it is the only repair shop I would ever use.. We are the luckiest people in the world.. to have them near Kendallville, Indiana.... Insurance Companies need to be informed.. they have no complaining customers in any way.... I use Erie Ins... My rep. knows how great they are.

I'm not sure what to think. We took our car in for an estimate, and, because we decided to have insurance pay us the money so we have it to put it toward a different car, this body shop is dragging its feet (maybe refusing - I'm really not sure), not turning in an estimate to insurance. The accident wasn't my fault, so I'm just going to a body shop they other driver's insurance sent me to. They may be great at what they do, but I'm inclined to think they're in it for the money above all else. I'll update if anything changes,... read more
