We lived here for about a year and a half. It’s not the worst nor the best place to live at. When we first moved in our townhome wasnt cleaned at all, the floors were sticky and the apartment wasnt even vacuumed. We didnt have the time to do that before our move in date because we moved from out of state, so that was disappointing. Please, Please if you have other options, do not rent here. Between the unresponsive office and maintenance that aren’t friendly and not wanting to help. Office has been open since 9am. It’s 75 in my townhouse when I wake up and now almost 80. Emergency maintenance where? I submitted work orders and nothing. I was supposed to have been transferred to another townhome due to constant leaks and floods, since April…. Nothing. If you’re ever thinking about moving here, DONT. In the first couple weeks of moving there my A/C /‘d leaked all over my bedroom the office told me it wasn’t a priority in October because it’s getting cold outside took them over a week to fix it. Then shortly after that this apartment complex has a notorious issue with water being turned off it’s happened 5 times in the past 9 months of living longest lasting 5 days with no water. Great place to live! It is not perfect, but issued are addressed at a timely manner and the staff is great. I especially love the peacefulness this property brings.
Good Apartment and nice staff. A good place to live with a good maintenance culture. They are always prompt to respond to any need. Also, a Good environment to live in and very spacious indeed.
