This company is atrocious. They took my money, never sent my order and ghosted me. They are a scam. Do not purchase anything from them! I have emailed and called over and over and they completely stopped responding to me. One time they responded to one of my emails and said my order was sent, but they refused to provide me with the tracking number. Since then they have ghosted my emails and phone messages. Delicious jams and amazing customer service. Liz is friendly, kind, helpful and so great to work with. She does an amazing job making things right when we've had any hiccups come up!
